Where are you located?
We are fully mobile, with no shop to drive to. We come to your home or your work in Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin or San Ramon and detail the car where it sits.
Do you offer same-day service?
When the schedule allows. We are usually booked ahead, so plan on 24 to 48 hours. If you need it today, say so in the notes and we will tell you if a slot is open.
Do you clean engine bays?
No. Engine bay cleaning is not a service we offer.
Can you fix scratches or damaged paint?
A detail includes a clay bar and a hand-applied wax or light ceramic coat. That removes only very light scratches. Deep scratches, swirls, chipped paint and oxidation are not fixed by a detail. For those, ask for the Paint and Ceramic Evaluation and we will quote correction work.
How long does a detail take?
Between 2 and 6 hours, depending on the package and the condition of the car. A Maintenance Refresh takes 60 to 90 minutes.
Do I need to be there?
No. As long as we have the keys and a water tap and power outlet within 100 ft of the car, we can do the whole job while you are at work or out.
What do you need from me?
To quote: your ZIP, the vehicle size, the package, any add-ons and where the car is parked. On the day: the keys, plus water and power within 100 ft of the vehicle. We bring the hose and extension cords.
How often should I get a detail?
A Complete Detail two to three times a year keeps the paint protected. Between those, a Maintenance Refresh every 2, 4 or 8 weeks keeps the car where you want it.
